redirecting to public folder

I want to move some files from one public folder to another. In the old public folder I want to place a link or shortcut. to the new folder so that users know the new location of the files.
If users click the link I want the new folder to be opened in the same Outlook 2000 window. Does anyone know how I can make such a link or shortcut?
