Redirecting to a specific site

I am running Windows 2003 Server Standard and Sharepoint Services. Our DNS is handled by our hosting provider and I have an entry for intranet.domainn_name.com which points to our public IP address. The firewall then forwards that to our web server running sharepoint services.

Most of our staff work from their home offices. When they enter I would like it to be redirected to
Is that possible? If so, how can I accomplish it?
