Hi friends,
Please help me....
Is it possible to redirect syslog messages to a specific port of a remote m/c ?

thank you

On SUn boxes, you can edit /etc/syslog.conf and add an entry that will look like this :
*.emerg;*.alert;*.crit;*.err;*.warning;*.notice;*.info;mail.none @logmaster

where logmaster is the hosts where you want the log to be written
