Redirecting modem output to file.

Hi,

Does anyone know if a driver exists which allows information sent to a modem to be written to a file rather than transmitted? Something similar to PDF Writer redirecting printer output?

If you were using PROCOMM PLUS software to connect to your modem, it would be possible. However, you would also need to know how to write the Procomm script to do it. I don't know if there is any other way...Procomm is all I ever use.

Hopefully someone may post a more convenient method for you.

I'll have a look at Procomm, but what I'm looking for ideally is more like a "virtual modem", something which can sit in the background with no user interaction.
