Redirecting meeting responses 1

Several executive assistants have asked concerning meeting responses.
The assistants are given access to their bosses schedule so that the assistants have the ability to schedule a meeting from their bosses calendar, BUT the bosses want the responses to THEIR meeting to come back to the assistant, and not to their Inbox.
Is there a way for the assistant to redirect responses to a bosses meeting back to the assistants Inbox? Doesn't seem possible.

It isn't.
In standard Notes functionality, meetings are set for people, and therefor go to those people's mailbox.

If some other functionality is needed, it has to be developed separately.

The paradigm Lotus implemented in Notes is that each user manages his own set of information, therefor spreading out the workload while improving information sharing. Well, that was the idea anyway.

<rant>Unfortunately, management in general has still not understood such things, and stubbornly sticks with 19th-century management practices.</rant>
