Hi
For a mailbox is there any way of applying rules similar to those found in Rules Wizard on the client side but actually at the Exchange Server?
I have emails coming into one recipient and I need to distribute these to individual users based on what is in the subject. I know I can redirect ALL emails for this recipient, but I want these sorted into separate mail boxes

Thanks in advance

Outlook 2000 allows server side rules and allows you to pick based on subject to forward to users. Everything you want can be done.

I have exchange 5.5, can it be done on this apparently its quite similar.
Also can two domains be set up on one server ie I already have @mycompany but i would also like to have @anothercompany set up on the same exchange server.

I think if you use the Exchange Mail on the NT server it becomes a server side rule anyway.

Yes, you can have two different sites - do you just want incoming to be that way or do you want totally separate "companies"? Both incoming is an MX record issue. Totally separate is done through sites.

ok, so I can just use Outlook on the server for redirecting emails.
But looking at the other possibility (totaly separate companies) would I be able to create another site with a completely different smtp address and get emails delivered to this site?
