Redirecting calls in progress

Is there such a feature I could activate to redirect a call in progress to voice mail?

I tried activating forward button during the call
I tried MSb during the call, they both work only before the call.

Can anyone assist please.

Base on those threads this cannot be done. I will have to explain to my customer. I have researched it a little and have discovered that this is a feature that is not readily available on any system. Something for the future.
