Need some input here. I am trying to take an inbound call that gets delivered to the switch on a PRI. I am trying to take the did (7 digits get sent from C0) and convert it in the IDC table to an acd dn that has a no answer call forward to a route access code. For example, telco sends 1234567 and in the IDC table I convert to 2997 (ACD DN) that has NCFW of 7006 (route access code). It won't work. Ideas anyone?

Have you tryed to call 2997 from another set? do you get forwarded to the ACOD then?
What if you replace the ACOD with a DN for a set, are you then getting trough to that set?
Is this the ACOD of the same route that the call came in on? The call may be denyed because of the anti-tromboning settings in the RDB.
Check also for a "Call forward to route Access Code - alow/deny" statement,
not sure if it's in the RDB or CDB but I think I'v seen it there somewere ;-)

my 1st thought would be equal tgar.. then ncos prob. like the 1st tech said, make sure you can call the acod from a set, then make sure the inbound trunk has a cos (unr) that allows trunk to trunk.. btw.. your asking for toll fraud with a dial around so be careful
