Redirecting a IP number

Is this possible.....
Say I want users to get to 172.29.10.10 but for some reason that NIC took a dump, but the 172.29.10.9 NIC is still functioning on the server, is there a command I can use on a router to forward all 172.29.10.10 reqeust to goto 172.29.10.9?

You can use SLB (Server Load Balancing) (in IOS-12.2). A handy resource for configuring it, is here.
