redirected restore hanging

DB2 V9.1 on Windows. Doing a redirected restore and I get the following errors and warnings scrolling over and over... can anyone help me figure out what's going on???

Here are my restore code:

Did you drop the DUTDM (target database) before issuing the restore command ?

If not you might try that ...
