Redirected Dialed Number - how to activate? H4K V2

Hi All,

We setup a new (Asterisk) mail server but it's not getting the Redirected Dialed Number Information so there is no way to tell how to identify the redirected number and send it to the correct mailbox.

Is there a way to turn on the Redirected Dialed Number Information Service?

This is on a Hipath 4000, Version 2

What do you mean redirected dial number? R u redirecting the numbers from your asterisk going to your HiPath 4000?
