Redirect URL to folder path in IIS 7 ?

I have a URL that I need to redirect as follows:

original path is --


I would like to configure a redirect so that users can just type in and it will take them directly to the proper directory.

I am running IIS 7 on Server 2008. I'm new to IIS so I'm not sure how to accomplish this.
