Redirect through Exchange

My CEO bought a blackberry.
Since BES is not an option for us, Desktop Redirector has been installed on his PC. I'd like to step away from that practice. It is my understanding that I can put a forwarding address (bell.blackberry.net) on my exchange server to handled this issue. Can someone tell me how to achive this?

I run the following:

Exchange 2003
Outlook 2003

FYI you also need to configure Exchange 2003 to allow forwarding of email to external addresses. See link below.
