So we have 2 numbers that seems to be coming to the same phone
xxx-xxx-xxxx
zzz-zzz-zzzz

We need to redirect xxxx directly to voicemail box since we do not want to answer any call in this line.
xxxx seems to be the first and main number but we do not use this number.

At the reception phone

Under the properties:
The Pub. OLI is zzz-zzz-zzzz
Priv. OLI is xxxx

Under the line assignment
Line 231
Priv Received xxxx
Pub Received xxxx
Line 331
Priv Received zzzz
Pub Received zzzz

So at DN xxxx, I FWD ALL to callpilot but now both of the number xxxx and zzzz are going to VM. I only want to have xxxx not zzzz.

Is there any solution for this? It seems that xxxx and zzzz are connected.

I think if you remove target line 231 from the current DN, andthen on the Target Line, set the Prime set as the vm pilot number.

If I am wrong, I am sure I will be corrected by the other guys on here.

NCSS, NCDS, NCTS

I looked at the Target lines
Line 231
control set = xxxx
Prime set = xxxx

Line 331
control set = xxxx
Prime set = xxxx

If u don't want to answer calls on TL 231, then remove it from the sets, then pgm the AA to answer it after x-amount of rings, and then send it to a particular mailbox if needed via CCR tree.

Option11newby is close.
Remove the Target Line from the set, change the prime for the target line to the VM DN.
In the Voicemail, assign the target line as the Express Message Line for the mailbox where you want the call to land.
