I set up a new user (BB 7280 on AT&T) using desktop redirect on a PC in our lab. It was working great -- email was forwarding and synching was working properly. User however carries a notebook and this is why I couldn't set up redirect on his notebook. After a week of testing, I installed Desktop Manager on his notebook so he could synch calendars and contacts. Redirect is not active, I made sure of this. Ever since I did this, email is no longer redirecting. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
