I have a client that has an Outlook 2002 rule which redirects his mail to his cell phone when he is out of the office. After a week or so the rule will just stop working. If I just disable the re-enable the rule it starts working again. We are using an Exchange 2K server. Since he is accessing his messages via his cell phone I don't think it is because he is logging in with another client that has a conflicting rule. but I could be wrong. Any Ideas. Thanks
