Redirect Incoming mail to mutiple users

In mercury i Have many users tim , tom , pete...

I would like create a rule to distribute incoming mails like : support@mydomain.com to tim AND tom. Is it possible?

I try to make an alias with
alias real adress
support@mydomain.com TIM,TOM

Mercury only take in account TIM
so TOM doesn't have the e-mail...

help me please...

don't know if you solved this but I would take a look at the General and Global rule sets. There you can set up things like the one you asked in your thread.
