I have a task where I will receive an email from a service and on a regular basis. I then need to forward that email to a list of other email addresses automatically.

I would like for the emails that are sent out to look like they cam from me or at least say that they were forwarded by me.

Here is what I am thinking. I can setup a group and add all of the recipients to that group. Create an email address and have the service send their email to that address. Then, I can have the new email forward the incoming email to the group.

I don't know if this will work or if there is a better way.

Can anyone help?

Thanks.

Above should work.
Set up a new address as a secondary SMTP address then use a server rule to forward on messages sent to that address.
You'd need to make the distribution list or SMTP enabled security group visible in the GAL though to set it up if memory serves.
