My XP Pro is uptodate on all MS patches. A SSL URL on a specific site is a redirect to another SSL site. All works fine using Netscape, however, with IE, I get bounced to another site. I have baffled the developers of the site. Is there a way I can capture a log of what IE is Posting? PS This doesnt happen on all XP machines, just a few....and a few win2k too.

Tools> Internet Options...>
Security Tab> With Internet Zone Selected>Custom Level>
Scroll down to Allow META REFRESH and check Enabled
OK> OK>

Thanks gigahertz, but that didn't work. Following your suggestion I turned security & privacy to the lowest...still doesn't work. I see the redirect URL in the address slot for a second, then I see the URL that I get bounced to. On my network (behind a linksys router) are 2 XP machines, and 2 win 98. This problem is on both XP machines. The developers cannot seem to recreate the problem. I wonder if there is a way to get an IE log of sites it's gone to (including redirects).

FYI-I'm having an issue with ie6 that sounds similar.

Its for a web based app and it launches another page after some credentials but the other page does not come to the foreground instead the foreground page goes to some other link like a search engine.

The intended page is hidden in the group and has a message about mixed content if you alt-tab to it and acknowledge the message several times it then launches the intended page changing settings in ie make no difference.
