Redirect DN Patch ?

OK, I have a customer that bought a NAM 4.1 Voice mail when they first came out. When I got the Nam it would not send the call to the right DN, after I call the people that sold me the NAM I found out that it needed the Redirect DN Patch for the NAM after I installed the patch worked fine. Now over a year and a half the NAM is now every now and then sending calls to to different extentions instead of the AA. The question I have is do I need to reinstall the Patch or is it something else. Has anyone seen this before?

check hte setting thru hte voicemail manager s/w
probably hte nam needs a reboot

Wonder if users have ringing sets and are forwarding to voicemail.
Is the system full AA?
Lines rings to answer =0?
If yes then a reboot is probably in order.
