I want to use a Redirect in the httpd.conf but can't seem to get it to work. I want to redirect to Both virtual hosts could be on the same server or not.

Hi,
To redirect an entire virtual host you should be able to use a line like the following in the container for virtual host that you wish to redirect :
Redirect permanent /
If you have problems with that the other way would be with mod_rewrite.
