Redirect calls remotely

Can anyone advise on the following:

Requirement is to redirect calls to a mobile without accessing CCuser or dialling in remotely.

Example - I leave the office and forward all calls to my mobile for on call rota, but during the weekend I want to change the transferred number to a colleagues mobile. I don't have dial in access to change this using CCUSER. I have Unity VM, is there a way to do this by dialling into Unity and changing the destination number of transferred calls?
