Have any of you BCM gurus been able to redirect calls when the telco won't allow the BCM to pass OLI data? When I call a redirected number, I get a message from them stating that the call can't be completed as dialed, but BCM monitor shows the correct digits are sent. The same thing happens on external cf, except that if I dial the station number from the inside, the call is forwarded.

I bet this is a fractional T1 using a external CSU, I've had had this problem and what's happening is the external callers number is being fowarded out and the phone Co. dones not except the call because it's not seeing the BTN of the circuit. I was told by the Co. that if it was a real T1-PRI it would send the correct #. Your out of luck. Just as I was . If you look at I can't remember what tab but not the line monitor the set up of the call you can see the wrong CLID,

Copper or T1?

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

It is a PRI with 8 channels enabled, and I've played around with the OLI. Changing to match the DID or to match the trunk group number hasn't made any difference.

Look at the Tab that monitors the T1 on the BCM Monitor program and you will see the call setup.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.
