Hi,

I'd like to ask how to set-up a voice mail account that can redirect a caller to an end user's cell phone based on caller input. For example... an end-user will record a greeting such as:

"Hi, you've reached Tek TAC, please leave a voice mail and we will promptly return your call. If this is an emergency, please dial 4 and you will be redirected to our cell phone. Thank you."...

I'd like to set this up on a Call Pilot 2.0 so that if I were to hit the 4 key, the system would transfer me to the intended cell phone.

Thank you!

You have to set up a mailbox and allow it outdial to pool 1, make sure your lines are in pool A. In the mailbox go to admin, press 8, press admin, then setup your cell number. In the mbox greeting prompt the caller to dial 7 to go out to the cell. Yes it is 7 and cannot be changed. There will also be some volume loss because it ties two lines together.
