redirect a domain name to another website

I have a main web site

http://www.site.com

and I have an additional domain (

http://www.redirect.com)

that I would like to auto redirect to another part of my main web site ex.

http://www.website.com/sales

I'm am looking for advice on the best way to accomplish this. Would DNS be the best way to do this???

Why not use a front page that simply redirects to the website?

For example your loading page would have the code inside that actually pushed it to

http://www.website.com/sales

rather than just being a blank page.

I forget the html to do it but when I did do it the last time it was fairly straight forward.
