Goodmorning all,
I have a BCM50 R6.0
1 co trunk (pool A, acces code 7)
6 sip trunks (voip.ms)(BlocA, acces code 9)

Here is what I want to do:

I want all internal sets to be redirected to DN: 221 when they dial out with acces codes 7 or 9 the numbers 411 and 611.
On the contrary, I want DN:221 to have permission to dial out 411 and 611 calls.

I have tried many attempts with the routes and destination codes but just can't make it. I must be stupid! :)
Just to give you a picutre of my setup;

in Telephony/Dialing Plans/Line Pools/
Pool A, acces code 7
BlocA, N/A

in Telephony/Dialing Plan/Routing/Routes
route 000, use pool A, DN Type N/A, Service Type N/A, Service Id N/A
route 001, use BlocA, DN Type Public(unknown), Service Tyoe N/A, Service Id N/A
route 002, use BlocA, DN Type Private, Service Tyoe N/A, Service Id N/A
route 007, use C, DN Type Public(unknown), Service Tyoe N/A, Service Id N/A

in Telephony/Dialing Plan/Routing/Destination Codes
Destination Code 9, Normal Route 001, Absorbed Length All, Wild Card: 0(no)1(no)2(no)3(no)4(no)5(no)6(no)7(no)8(no)9(no)

in Telephony/Dialing Plan/Routing/Second Dial Tone
SDT Prefixes, 9

Can someone be kind enough and guide me through this thanks alot.

You won't be able to do it with Dest Codes, but you could at least block such calls with Toll Restriction.

Presently this is what I am doing. I thought I could redirect the calls of people dialing 9 411 to extention 221.

You can do this with Des Codes.

Build your BCM as an endpoint in your VoIP setup.
Associate digits 411 and 611 with your BCM endpoint that you just created.
Build Des Codes 9411 and 9611, absorb the 9, and point them at a route using your VoIP trunks marked as private.
Build a target line with Private Recvd # 411 and another with 611.
Assign the target lines to 221.
Build a secret Des Code for true 411/611 dialing and only provide the code to DN 221.

When a user dials 9411 or 9611 it will go out as a private VoIP call, resolve to your BCM's IP address and route to your attendant at DN 221.
