Sorry for all the questions I am getting a crash course in Nortel - I have a redial button programmed on my 2616 set and it is not working any idea why? I have it programmed to dial rdk 16

RDL is "Redial Stored Number". Use it as follows:

Dial number, decide to store it, press RDL during the call.

To use, press DN to get dial tone, then RDL key to call what you stored.

Last Number redial is a Class of Service CLS LNA. To use it, press your DN key to get dial tone, then press it again to dial the last number

Note: LNA in Class of service give auto-redial on your digital sets. To use it:
1. Pick up your handset (or for handsfree press your primary line key)
2. Press your primary line key and it will automatically dial the last number you dialed.

btw lna needs to be in class for last number to work, redial requires no class mark... does your set answer the ringing line when you go off hook? cls ira and lpk 2, would answer the 1st 3 lines if they are ringing without needing to press the line key.. good feature,,, want more then a single beep when your on the line and another call comes in.. cls fita... i get bored easy
