Redial when ECF

Hi evrybody, we have this situation going on, it´s a MD110 BC11 SP14, an user has his extension forwarded to an external destination and can´t use the redial function (***), when he cancells the diversion the redial function works perfectly. Is this a normal sitation with Md110 or it´s a malfunction? If it isn´t supposed to work like that what do i have to do to make it right?

It works like this. If I remember correctly the external number for ECF and the external number for redial are stored in the same place.
I think this was done because after a call is diverted externally, the last dailed external number would be the number you diverted to.

It's as mdman says , it has allways been like that (at least for swedish AS)
