Redial from call log and contacts not working 1

9.1 with analog lines. I have the 9 added to all lines and I see that the 9 has been added to incoming calls in the log but when I press the REDIAL, CONTACTS or CALL LOG and then select the name listed I do get a dial tone the number to be dialed is displayed but then the dial tone just stays on and nothing is dialed.

Any suggestions?
 
Maybe it’s waiting for more digits…or enbloc enabled.

Does it happened for every call or just some calls.

Try putting a # after the number is dialled and see if that allows the call to proceed.

If it works then enbloc is the issue.

Double check your line prefixes is done for all lines.
Take out off service any line that’s not used.
