redial for an outside call

Is it possible to configure a phone to redial an outside line when you need a 9 to get an outside line? I can redial internal ext. bot not outside calls.

have you got CFXA in the CLS

yes. I am going to callers, arrowing down to a number and selecting dial. it will dial a 4 digit number or internal ext. all outside calls it will dial the frist 4 digits as if it was an ext.

check to see if you have LRA in FTR_DATA block in the customer data block. It would be in the OPT line.Do you have LNA in the CLS of the phone?

LNA on the phone should allow you to redial the last number by hitting the extension key twice.
