The redial from the call log will only dial the first 7 digits of a long distance 10-digit number. What needs to be programmed for the call log to recognize the 10-digit number as long distance and add 1+ to the front of it during redial?

so when a call comes in the CLID of the caller would be the 10 digit number with a type of National. Then DAPC is used to alter that number into the right format for dialing back. DAPC can be setup in 2 places depending upon the release of the software, older releases used DAPC setup in FTR_DATA and assigned to the RDB, an example would be:

TYPE FTR_DATA
CUST 00
TBL
**DAPC**PREFIX TABLE NO: 00 **
UNKN**INTL**NATL**ESPN**LOCL**ELOC**ECDP**
UNKN*
E164* 9011 91
PRIV*
E163* 9011 91

then your call log would show 91+10 digits for national calls.

In newer releases could do it as above or they could use the Zone based DAPC if you are using numberzones and looks a bit like this:

=> prt numz 11
______________________________________________________________________________
|Zone|PREF| CC |Area Code| AC1 | AC2 | NATC | INTC | DAC | TTBL | FLAGS |
|----|----|----|---------|-----|-----|--------|--------|-----|------|--------|
| 11| 33| 1| 832 | 9| 6| 1| 011| 0 | 0 | 0x0 |
|----------------------------------------------------------------------------|

So in the example local NPA is 832, 9 is for outside dialing (AC1), 1 is the national prefix, and 011 is the international prefix

Once you get it right the number should be formatted correctly with the prefix and the Access code etc. in you phones call log.
