RedHat monitor change

i used to use a Hansol monitor on my RedHat pc, due to work changes i have to give up that monitor. tried 2 other monitor and no luck, on 1 i see nothing (after a reboot w/ the different monitor) on the 2nd monitor tried i only see a all I get is a 2-3" high ribbon of the GUI totally distorted and unreadable. is there any way i can change the monitor using Webmin from another pc ??
