RedHat kickstart

I am new to RedHat I have been using Debian for a long time in the past.

I want to create a kickstart server that can have different types of RedHat Enterprise servers (3 and 4) on it because some of our customers need RHE3 or RHE4. Can this be done without having multiple boot OS installs on one computer???

It should be possible to run two OS, one of them in a VM like VMware.
But as server?

A fast machine with a lot of memory will be essential.
