Anyone working with Enterprise 3? We have this installed on a server that is connected to an EMC SAN, and have been receiving intermittent SCSI errors. Our EMC rep. is looking into their side of it, but I thought I'd fish for some user-community advice.
THANKS.

The errors look like this:

Mar 22 15:26:16 servername kernel: scsi(1:0:1): QUEUE FULL status detected 0x1c-0x828, pid=54905759

There are many of these coming up, as we are writing data to the SAN.

sorry, what are your HBAs? are you running powerpath? (i think no)

In addition, could you post the value of "sd_max_throttle" in the file "/etc/system"?

thank you for responding so quickly!! - I am going to have to get the specs on the HBAs (they are offsite). Will get back ASAP.

the HBAs are qlogic2340's,
Dual attached to the CX600 via PowerPath

Since we have a time crunch on getting this to work, we ended up reverting to Linux ES 2.1. However, it would help me greatly to know whether anyone has had success with version 3.0 connecting to an EMC SAN.

Thank you so much - again - for your response.
However... I can't get any more information about the configuration at this point, because we had to reformat the server with version 2.1.
