Redhat 9 MRTG Configuration Error

Dears,
I am using a windows xp computer for some applications having ip address 192.168.0.2. I have and other machine Redhat9 on which i want to configure mrtg for windows xp. I configure snmp service on windows xp. when i tried to configure mrtg on RH9 linux for windows snmp, it gave me error message

Configurations are:

i installed
perl-5.8.0-88, gd-1.8.4-11, mrtg-2.9.17-13

then i create a directory /var/Now when i run this command
#cfgmaker --global 'WorkDir: /var/ --output /var/ public@192.168.0.2

I recieved this error message:

Plz tell me why this error is... SNMP service on windows xp is working fine because i have check it by PRTG software.

Have you run snmpwalk manually to see if it actually runs? Perhaps there is a password required for the public community login?
