Hey folks,

I just installed Redhat 9 (my first venture into Linux) on a PC with a partitioned Hardisk with XP running on the other partion.

The version installed fine (I thought) but when I restarted the boot logger only showed the windows XP as an option to boot to. The partion that I have now installed Linux on has disappeared from the sight of windows.

Does anyone have an idea as to what I've done wrong, or a technique to put Linux in my Boot options??

Thanks for any help.

lots of love and kisses

Where did you install the bootloader? On the MBR? In the linux root partition?

There's no place like 127.0.0.1

It was in the linux Partion, But I managed to solve the problem.

Thanks for showing an interest though
