I have a rather old IBM machine whose BIOS will not allow me to boot from CD-ROM. I created the boot disk (from the boot.img file), but it will only allow me to chhose a SCSI driver, and not an IDE.

Does anyone have both a generic driver disk, and instructions on how to install them during the boot process?

Alternatively, does anyone know how else to install this OS without use of CD-ROM?

Very many thanks in advance.
