Redeploying source code on a Managed Server without Admin's password?

I am using WL 6.1 sp1 on Solaris 2.6. I want to individualize development environments on a single WL installation, so different development teams can work without interferring with one another. I am doing this by creating Managed Servers, one Managed Server for each development team. They need the ability to re-deploy their source code (for local testing) but the standard redeploy command requires the admin's password as an argument. This seems to defeat the purpose of a WL admin - by giving the development teams the admin password, I am giving them access to the admin console and its configuration. Is there any way to redeploy source code from a Managed Server without using the Admin password, or does the admin have to manage and perform all source code redeployments?

Many thanks! Keith
