Red lights?

BCM 450. R1. Both the power and the Nortel LEDs are RED. In the alarm log, it shows nothing related to power, just log ons and offs and their ip phones flaking out once in awhile. Even a "reset LEDs" doesn't work. I am planning on upgrading this pig in a couple weeks, anyone seen this before?

The power light is an alarm .Look in the admin tab under alarms. The nortel light is Hard drive. Do you have a RAID system one of the drives could be bad.

and like I said, there was no alarms but the ones I mentioned. Makes me a little leery to do the upgrade til I figure out what is going on.

i rebooted, crossed my fingers and it cleared. Then did the upgrade to 6.0 and everything has been fine since.
