i have an avaya partner that is not going to the automated attendant i tried using #206 to unassigned them to have them ring at the receptionist but that didnt work im also getting a busy signal when hitting voicemail. also the first 2 lines on the system are acting jittery. the vm card is flashes red once when a pone call is coming in.
any assistance would be great
