red hat emulator??

hi i knw this is a linux forum, but i need help with somehting, does anybody nkow where i can find a red hat or linux emulator for windows (any version), or viceversa,, because i need to develop my thesis in linux as a server but the client must be a windows operating system, so i don't have the money to buy another computer.
can anybody help me,

Well its not as cheap as you might like ($299) but the main one that will host linux on a windows platform is vmware workstation -->

Actually, they have just brought out the beta of version 3.0 and you can download a trial from -->

. I think you get 60 or maybe 90 days with a trial license.
