Red Hat 7.3 woudln't load

I've used Linux Mandrake until recently - I installed Red Hat 7.3. I kept 'old' Mandrake 8.1 LILO, and I made a boot floppy for RH. First time I booted from the floppy disc, and everything was okay. On the second time I decided to see if Mandrake's LILO would work... It didn't.

Now I can't load RH neither from LILO, nor from the boot floppy.

What have I done? Wrong?
