Red Hat 5.5 & vmware server 2.0.2 issue

Hello,

I have just built a RH5.5 server and installed vmware server 2.0.2 and every so often vmware crashes. We had this issue at 5.4 and the solution was to downgrade glibc to an earlier version:-

rpm -qa glibc*
glibc-2.5-34.el5_3.1
glibc-common-2.5-34.el5_3.1
glibc-2.5-34.el5_3.1

I have tried this on my 5.5 server and I can only get it down to:-

rpm -qa glibc*
glibc-2.5-42
glibc-2.5-42
glibc-common-2.5-42

with 5.5 is it possible to get down to 2.5-34?
