Red-cross problem when playing video

In some computers, when video has to play, appears a red-cross and don´t play video, where is the problem?

The problem is that the computer you're trying to show the video on doesn't have the appropriate player installed. Even though you can see the video when you preview, say, a Quicktime movie on the machine you used to make your projector if you try and play it on a PC/Mac that doesn't have Quicktime installed then the video won't show up.

thanks but thats not the problem, I can see the videos clicking on them, and with director 7 it works, but the problem has begin when i update the project to director 8
