Red and Green Arrows.....what are they?

Users using Acrobat 6.0.1 are getting two annoying arrows in the upper, left hand corner of a PDF they create from a PowerPoint file. When they go to print that newly created PDF of the PP file, the green and red arrows print out as well.

Any thoughts?
