Recursive error in error-page calling for /error.uix w/ ISQLPlus

I am getting the error below when attempting to access iSQLPlus using our Oracle10g Grid Control environment. This worked fine at one time but now I am getting the error. I have tried different browsers but same error. Also, all iSQLPlus services are started. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
