Recurring 'undelivered ' email

Hello,

I sent an email to one of my customer. That email was undelivered. Now I have a ton of emails so far saying that it was undelivered. I continue to get that 'undelivered' email. It is growing.

Anyone familiar with this problem? If so, What is the resolution?

I'd guess that the server is trying to hold onto the message until it can deliver it. Call their it staff and have a chat ;]

Or, you've been spoofed, and their server thinks you are bombarding them.

I have resolved this.

This is what I did to resovle this;

I deleted the account in Outlook and recreated the account. This stopped those recurring emails.
