Recurring Schedule Not Working as Expected After Revising Report

We're using BOE XI Release 2.
Background Info: I have a dozen different recurring schedules against one report (Sales Rep Production Report) that takes a parameter: i.e. Sales Rep Name. Each recurring schedule is set with a parameter equal to the different sales rep name. Every month, the system sends the report based on the recurring schedule to each Sales Rep showing ONLY their individual production for the month.

Problem: I revised the report and re-published it to the BOE Server(Info View) by overwriting the existing report. I expected that the existing recurring schedules will continue to run the report with the parameter that was originally set for it. But this is not the case. All the recurring schedules are running using the parameter of the revised report (i.e. Sales Rep Ben Dover) and not the parameter that was set in that schedule for Ben Dover, Joe Blow et. al. Is there a way to fix this without re-creating new re-current schedules. I have a few dozen reports associated with dozens of recurring schedules that I need to revise. Please help.

This behaviour is by design, accoriding to BO tech support. If you change anything about a report design and republish it over the top of an existing published report or change any property of an existing schedule, it is necessary to delete the existing schedule and recreate a new schedule.

APOS have a tool that allows this to be done via an Excel Spreadsheet interface and allows for existing schedules to be imported, changed and republished. It's called Schedule Manager. Check it out at
