Recurring issue on M1 opt.81c

This message keeps happening on my console screen. Can anyone tell me whats happening? Everything looks okay and I havent' gotten any complaints on anything not working, just curious, this message happens 100's of times during the day, 7111 is the Call Pilot dn.

i read it in the book also but I'm not sure what I need to do to fix it or what to look at, I'm a Jr. Telecomm guy and I'm alittle over my head with this system but I'm trying to stay afloat. I'm their only goto guy
