Anyone out there who's using Outlook and WorldClient back and forth?

The problem that I am facing is that when I set up a recurring appointment in Outlook with Reminder, then when I go to WC my start time is 12:00AM instead of the time I told it to start. If I setup the event in WC, it would be okay until when I use Outlook and the reminder pops up, I then click on Dismiss or Snooze, it will reset the event to 12:00AM when I look at it in WC. Everything works well in Outlook, but the reminder is setting my start time to 12:00AM when I look at it through WC. The reason why I have to use WC is I have to Sync my PocketPC phone with it, it reads whatever WC is having. I think it's a program glitch with Mdaemon, since other versions had other problems with calendar time and so on.
I just want to know if anyone out there is having the same problem. You gotta create a recurring appt. in WC with a reminder, then go to your Outlook a reminder will pop up reminding you of the event then click on Dismiss or Snooze, go back to your WC,what time does it show as start time? If you create it in Outlook, go to your WC, what time does it say to start?

Thanks for any help.
I use version 9.5.2
